• Understand the environment in which the client operates, as well as the technical brief


• Be clear about policy on fees and costs


• Be honest about potential problems and flag them quickly


• Respond fast - and let the client know what is happening


• Keep bureaucracy to a minimum


• Manage the client’s budget with the same care and attention as if it was our own money.

While we realise that some clients will only need us once, we always aim to retain them as long term partners. That means honesty, efficiency and getting it right on the day.
