Our approach to training and the courses we offer

Our training approach

The requirements of each individual, and of each business, are different. For this reason we have a number of core courses, but we adapt these to suit the needs of the people who we are training. We place great importance on discussing very carefully the exact requirements of our clients beforehand.

Usually we train in small groups as this generally allows the optimum mix of interaction between trainees, and still allows us to direct individual attention as needed. Sometimes, however, it is appropriate to offer training to just one or two individuals, and we do this very successfully.

Part of the process of training inevitably involves some honest criticism in order that the people being trained can address areas where they need to improve. However, we never employ ‘destroy and re-build’ techniques.
